When traveling and staying in places that are not your home for weeks or months at a time while traveling the world, there are some things I carry to make those stays more comfortable, consistent, and familiar. Following is a list of some items that give us a huge sense of regularity while we travel, usually between Europe and the States, and elsewhere for large chunks of the year.
Roku Streaming Stick
My and wife I like to watch TV in the several evenings a week. We used to use an Amazon Firestick and loved it. Although, it was missing one super important feature that I did not think could be found anywhere else except on an Apple TV box. And an Apple TV is not only the most expensive of the streaming devices, it is the largest and not well-suited to traveling.
